updates news does not come on homepage until user presses refresh

Whenever we update our website bmcelections.com with new posts, any visitor who comes to website does not see it immediately. they need to refresh their page and then they see the post on the homepage
Why is that?
For news themes, this caching should not be an issue as we regularly update posts and have returning users only. so they will not refresh it everytime

Can you advise how can this be taken care off

There is no issue with the theme regarding what you describe until there is an incompatibility with some third plugin or cache misconfiguration.

It can occur for many reasons:
You are using some plugin (which?) of cache? (you’re cleaning after any modifications?)
How about third plugins, special this one “Yop Poll”.
what change have you done lately?

Also you have some errors & advertence on console!

Then why is it happening?
It is like a returning visitor needs to press refresh so that he can see updated content

Do you have any cache on the server, not in your wp install, directly on the server? Contact your host provider and ask him if there is any cache for php. You can also try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, just to make sure that there is not a plugin’s fault then test the site again.

I think the user is asking about instant updates on the home page without needing the user to refresh.

At page’s first load the most recent articles are loaded if the settings used for blocks are made like this. If there is necessary a reload to have the proper content displayed it’s most likely a cache issue.
