UPDATES PLZ ADVISE

hI, I Just received an email from Envato saying “We’d like to let you know that an update to your item Newspaper by tagDiv is now available in your Downloads page”

I went to downloads, downloaded the following : themeforest-5489609-newspaper.zip

Now what do I do?

Please advise.

this process occurs too frequently and is daunting and time consuming. IS this the only way for updates every time I get the email notification?

If you want to update, yes.

Normally look at what has changed and see if you need/want to update.

You don’t have to unless there is major security flaw, or something not working right.

WordPress is updated more often than theme.
