Hi, I was reminded to update the theme by Envato. That’s downloading the installable WP file over the existing theme?

The most way in this regard is to make a full backup to your all data before updating. Then, you will have to delete your old theme and install the latest update version of the theme which comes from the Theme Forest. Please notice that we recommend the FTP method because this is the surest one in this regard.
