Upgrading theme broke site + social issues

Dev site located at http://ptenmedia.com/wmp/

I just upgraded to Version: 9.0.1 and now my site is broken. There are VC tags everywhere, and I no longer have a social counter in the sidebar (and there is no widget available to re-add it)

Please help.

Make sure all of your plugins were updated as well for the theme and then reactivated. I had that happen as well

I checked the plugins section and there are no available updates – everything is current. The site is still broken.
