Hi
i ran the automatic upgrade 10.3.3 tonight and it has caused an issue with my website. I now have the error message below. Last time I ran an upgrade I had the same error and the fix was to make the image logo smaller than the theme recommends Upload your logo (272 x 90px) .png or .jpg

I have tried uploading a smaller logo again but it did not work. Please do not suggest I turn off all plugins or check recommended settings as I have wasted time doing this last time I had this issue and again tonight and its still broken and these suggestions did not resolve the problem.

Please can you help to fix this urgently, as it is a crucial time for news and I really need my website to look professional. Every time I upgrade your theme it breaks my website and its becoming a real problem.

Hi,

I just checked the problem you mentioned but instead of that problem I see that you have the mobile theme on desktop -> https://i.imgur.com/zMdaoSw.jpg this is usually a cache problem.
Also is look that now the logo image is not find -> https://i.imgur.com/rFwrSy0.jpg
Make sure that you set an logo that is working, after that if there is still a problem, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel or FTP if possible. We will take a look

Thank you!

Hi
The cache problem is cleared.

The desktop logo is missing as I have removed it as I do not want the errors showing on my live site. When you are ready to take a look, you can add the logo which you can find on page one of my media.

An email was sent to you on Sunday at 9.11am with the details you require

Hi,

Please enable the option in PHP.Ini as you can see here: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/37531149/php-getimagesize-not-working-on-external-links That allow url is 0 on your side. You can ask your host to do this.
If there is still a problem, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, as well as cPanel. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.

Thanks

Hi,
Before I do that Catalin has completely broken my homepage – please can it be restored to working order before any further changes are made as my customers cannot access my site. I have responded to Catalin via email, so please can this be given priority…

I need to change some code from your theme file but it seems that I do not have any permission to do that from the Plugin Editor from WordPress -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6EMdiarL6U Please provide FTP or CPanel so I can do that change.

Best regards!
Catalin L.

Hi,

Some times, if you are using many plugins and the theme requirements are not set as in our guide is possible to have a slow backend.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps, make sure that wp_memory is at list as in our guide.

Also you can restore a backup of homepage using the WordPress option -> -> https://i.imgur.com/L8ff825.png

Hope this will help you, let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hi
My logos are served locally, I do not use any remote hosting or content delivery. The problem withthe getimagesize() only happened when I upgraded the theme from 10.2.3. to 10.3.3
