I have a website xyz.com and I have purchased the newspaper theme with single regular license.
Now I am planning to start a new website and want to use the same theme with same license for few months for testing purpose(basically I want to check it is compatible and worth)
Can I use the same theme and two completely different websites and than buy the license for second one.
If not, What will be the consequesnces. In case it is an issue. .can i test and buy the license after few months?
If I buy license after few month at that moment my all data will not be lost ?

You can use a license key for one single product, but if you want to move the theme to another website or change domain/migrate, you’ll need to reset the license key from that website: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zt12bpyX and remove the theme (delete), in this way the license will be available for the new website and you can use the theme without any problems.
According to Envato license terms, a theme can be used for a single end product (website):
