On the left side, you will see images 35×35 Thumbnail Size. Let me know how to change the 75×75 Medium Size.
All images of all sizes are generated via WordPress Media Settings.

These are the paths => wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/td_config.php => https://i.imgur.com/bQpMgSf.png and this for flex block 1wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/modules/td_module_flex_1.php
