Hi, I recently purchased the newspaper theme. I have installed it on a test website so that it does not affect my real website. But I recently heard that you can install the theme once per license?
The test website is on a different domain than the real one.
What to do?

You can have an additional test/ staging website which we highly recommend or a localhost. But an actual website with real content and visitors must be 1 / license.

So I’m assuming that a different staging domain will be recognized as the same site?
I’m having a similar issue, but my staging domain is different from my main domain. Does register as an additional site?

The Envato policy allows to use a theme only on one install. You can however use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.

According to Envato license terms a theme can be used for a single end product (website)
