Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.1.1) and also, you are using the required plugins with the latest version of them ->Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1. Please notice that the Visual Composer is a built-in plugin, come bundled with our theme and you no need to buy any licenses to it because it is included in theme packet. Did you updated also Visual Composer plugin?
The latest version of Visual Composer provided with the theme is 4.11.2 so please check what version you have and if you need to update please check this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
If the issue persist check this only with Visual Composer active, disable all other plugins and see how it goes.

The new version of VC is 4.12, but that comes with the latest update of theme is 4.11.2
How I can upgrade to 4.12 ?

Hello,
There is a difference between the latest version we can provide and the latest version provided by the plugin author. We do not have the latest version of VC released yet so you can only get version 4.11.2 of the plugin. All versions must be tested by us and then released with the theme and this takes time. We cannot release the new version until it’s compatibility is tested and adjusted as necessary. We will releaser VC 4.12 in the next theme update.
