Very Urgent – Help

I have two licenses of your theme. why m not able to login too? what’s going on?

Site says to purchase theme. I already purchased. Please help me in urgent

Note : I did not do any changes recently.

I disable your theme from file manager (Rename) Still m not able to login. M locked. Why you did like this? I purchased your theme.

At least give access to my wp dashboard. what is my wrong? I purchased your premium theme.

Site is not working. Even cant login to my site. It is firs time ever happening to me. I really lost my site users reputation.

Note : M not a developer, I just purchase your theme and running my site. So, Please understand my difficult time now. I’m help less.

I’m now disabled plugins and I got back my site. So, I should not use your theme? but i have a license. coz of your theme. I went under construction mode now.

I updated and installed all plugins for your theme. Site is back. But I just want to know. Why did put purchase license when customers entered my site? when i already purchased. I have screen shot. I will share. This will happen again?

Note: I checked in theme panel, It’s says ” Registered” now and before also same!

Note : I have found why I’m not login to wp-admin that because one of my plugin that allow to login front end and prevent wp-login. So, locked out is not because of your theme. Sorry for that. But, Your theme blocked my site and shows as I send to you screen shot.

Please kindly give a complete guide for this error!. Because it should not happened in future.

I hope this is not what your website visitors are seeing as well? I understand that tagdiv needs to do something about illegal copies but this is a pretty aggressive measure as it is basically telling all your visitors that you are a “thief” even if you are a registered user and paid for the theme. If this could happen to registered users, why not have a basic error page instead with the message to contact the website owner with a email address?
