Now it is possible to something interfering, it can be a plugin, but to can investigate this will need a link to a post with this problem to can inspect the html structure.

hi, i need to create the mobile side menu as shown in the screen capture like the blue color, because the general mobile side menu shown in black color comes with normal flow of menu, i can see the blue color have sub menu show, and the newsletter sign up email, how can i input these items inside the mobile side menu?
