Visual Composer and Customiser Issue

Updated WordPress to 4.5, Newspaper to 6.7.1 and Visual Composer to 4.11.2

Now Visual Composer won’t load and if I try and Customise the theme, the only options I have is to Save and Publish. No access to anything else

Please advise how I go forward as I need to finish my site

same problem with my visual composer after updating to wordpress 4.5 – http://prntscr.com/as07oq
it stopped loading on the existing pages, but on new pages it is loading fine.
can anyone help on this.

Hello,

Please ensure that you use the latest version of the theme and the Visual Composer plugin. We have tested on our side and everything seems to work as expected.
Please remove your current version of the plugin and delete files, and then install it again from the theme’s plugin section: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/

Theme Options in Visual Composer with Newspaper 8.7 not saving my settings currently. Please assist with troubleshooting as to WHY

Hello iammusikdesign,

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, update the plugins to the latest version of them which come bundled with the core files and check the results. Also, check the system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
