Visual Composer Doesn't Work

Hello,

I’ve had this problem for a while. When I open a new page and say I add any element, say Big Grid1, configure it and hit save. If I decide to go back and change the setting VC pops open the vc Row Settings with some code in it. I cannot edit the element anymore from there. Better yet If I actually save/publish the page it will then add arbitrary text boxes. I have tried uninstalling vc, it’s up to date in fact I have a license for it and the theme is up to date. I have also tried deactivating everything but vc with no luck. Can you guys shed some light on this. This a great theme I would like to continue using but with the inability to create and edit new pages it doesn’t do me much good.

Hello Rob,

This could be either a caching problem or memory allocation.
Please make sure you only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and make sure you follow this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

I set all the cache setting and and I still have the same problem.

I figured it out, There was a shortcode mapped for the VC Row settings that was causing the problem. Deleted it and all is working again.
