Hello! My Visual Composer doesn’t work as it shows on screenshots and videos. I can’t edit my home page in neither in backend editor nor in classic or frontend editor. How could I repair it?

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme with the latest version of the required plugins (Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1) Update your theme using the FTP method according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ Try to clear all your caches, purge CDN file and test it again. If your problem is still there, you can try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check how it will work.

Please make sure you have version 4.11.2 of the visual composer plugin: http://screencast.com/t/aLRrsPvs
If you already have this version please make sure you clear all caches whether it’s a plugin, cdn or server cache.

On our ftp we have several sites on wp, and visual composer works good on other sites.
