Visual Composer Missing Content Blocks

Hello,

I am having an issue on 2 of my 3 sites that are using your theme. The issue being that, when going to edit a page(seems to happen randomly), visual composer seems to hang for a few moments and then only loads a few of my content blocks. The front end of the site looks fine, it’s just the missing blocks I am unable to edit. All the data is still there though oddly enough even after clicking update with the missing blocks. Please advise, Thanks!

I have now noticed it on all 3 of my websites, and the one has the latest version of your theme(6.3.1) and compatible visual composer (4.6.2).

I have tried disabling all of my plugins, the issue still arises…..

Hello NP Comm,

I see that you use Raw HTML elements. There has been a problem with visual composer and raw HTML. You can either try editing your website without the raw html or you can update to the latest theme version (6.5) also update visual composer to the latest version which comes with the theme (version 4.7.1). you can use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/

Bogdan,

Thanks for the reply, this did fix the issue on one of the sites, for now :). I was able to keep the Raw HTML modules in use.

I will upgrade the other sites and report back. Thanks!
