I downloaded the theme and it is missing the Visual Composer files.
Where will I find it? I followed instructions and it is not there.

How to install Visual Composer
Step 1: Access the WordPress plugins section
Step 2: Press the add new button and press the upload plugin button:

Make sure that your old version of Visual Composer has been removed and then you should follow these steps. Also, if the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch to another sub-domain via FTP way, clear all the caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the Cloudflare and check the results. I came here because I too did not have the files listed in your instructions. I have never installed a visual composer on the site i’m working on so removing it was not an option. I do not see how we can follow the instructions is the zip file we download does not have the js_Composer.zip files in it.
I’ve done a search of the entire file it does not have a file with the name listed in the instruction within it. Please advise.

If you do not have the js composer.zip file, I suggest you download again the theme files from Theme Forest account because there you will find it, like this ->
