Visual Composer not saving

When I try to add a box to a page or edit an existing box on a page, I am unable to save. Is there an update to visual composer that I need? This began happening a few days ago. Please help.

Hello mjtieden,

Please ensure that your Visual Composer version is 4.12.1, the version which comes bundled with the theme packet. Also, please check the system status to be higher increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/

Thank you for the response.

I have made sure to update the settings and I am using version 4.12.1. I cleared my history/cache/cookies/etc. as well and nothing has helped.

Hello mjtieden,

Please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP because this is the surest and safe method in this regard. Follow this guide, here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Install there only the Visual Composer which come bundled with the theme packet and check the results. It should working.

I did a clean install via FTP and it has not fixed the issue. Any suggestions from this point?
