May I please ask you for your help with the following?
I have been trying visual plugin composer yesterday and it did not work. All the new pages got ”record not found” instead of having any content. I deactivated the plugin so I could see there was a conflict as soon as it was off on the pages content appear. So when the plugin was on, the content did not appear beside the message ”record not found”. Not sure what is happening as the plugin itself was asking for a registration number to unlock all the features.
Can you please help?

Hi Anna,
Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.4) which come bundled with the latest version of required plugins (Social Counter 4.1 and Visual Composer 4.12.1). I have followed the exact steps and keep on getting this message:
Installing Plugin from uploaded file: js_composer.zip
Unpacking the package…
Installing the plugin…
Destination folder already exists. /home6/luxypola/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer/
Plugin install failed.
Return to Plugin Installer

Hi Anna,
First of all, please disable the Visual Composer from the Plugins Area and then you will have to Delete permanently from there and then, from the Premium Plugins you will have to Install the Visual Composer which come bundled with the theme.
