I saw on the forum that i should deactivate, delete and install a new visual composer.
I did all that but still the visual composer is not active, i do not know why i have to suffer this way, please i urgently need this plugin to start working as i need to edit a few things on my site
Can you be more specific on your issue ?
You do not need to ‘activate’ the plugin other than turning it on from the plugins panel in WordPress like any normal plugin.

Still the plugin is not license, still requesting for license
you do *not* need a license to use it. It’s a bundled version; you do not get a paid license for the plugin which would give you paid support from the people who make the plugin.
Simply ignore the nag screen asking you to ‘activate’ it — just use it! One you turn on the plugin from the plugins panel, it works.
