Vps 4gb site really slow site loading

Hello I bought a vps with the following features

I wanted to know if 4gb was enough to start my site that was built with your template or if 4gb are few as it takes a long time to start up even the home page.

Could I privately give you the home page address?

Hi,
For a normal website this should be enough, only if your website has a big traffic, then you need a dedicate server -> https://i.imgur.com/sZUOzqs.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
