Can I please ask. Is there a way to change the words in the default logo?
I am running a test staging site at the moment before moving to live on my other domain. I am using the covid 19 header in a theme. Can I change the “Covid-19 report” text or do I need to create a completely new logo file?

Yes, you can change the logo.
You have a cloud header, then you need to edit the page with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/MIhm17tgIJeX select the logo and delete the SVG code/image/text logo and after upload your logo.

Yes I know how to do that. That’s not quite what I asked.
I wanted to know if there was a function field that just allowed you to change the default logo text without the need to design your own logo file
