We are getting a 507 error.

Hi,
Am not sure if it is theme based error or WordPress based, any help we can get is appreciated.
We get this error when two authors are posting/updating different articles at the same time…

Insufficient Storage
The method could not be performed on the resource because the server is unable to store the representation needed to successfully complete the request. There is insufficient free space left in your storage allocation.

Additionally, a 507 Insufficient Storage error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

On refreshing its goes away. And amazingly the error log on the cpanel does not show anything.

Can anyone help on how to resolve this?

Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

Thanks Callin, we will look a the requirements and review them. We had seen and implemeted things via the document you have shared. But will recheck.

Also, our amp pages are not getting indexed and they have fallen out. Can you check. Thanks.

Hi,

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate all non theme plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, please deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Also please make sure that you set the amp settings like in our guide -> https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/
