we updated last friday to wordpress 4.5 Newspaper 6.7.1 and visual composer 4.11.2 all plugin to the newest version and from then the admin, posting and uploading is painfully slow?
how can we check whats going on?

Newspaper 6 is more “heavy” due to lots of extra options added to the theme. For this you will need to make sure you have the requirements in order for newspaper 6:

We have an only server, 16gb ram, SSD disk, 3.1 processor, we change all the variables you told us, but only the Admin, (posting, updating, uploading) too slow.

Please make a few tests like switching the theme to a wp default one, deactivating all plugins, clearing cache as shown in the links I provided.
