Hi,
If you want to activate the weather in top bar, then the api need to be set in theme panel > header> top bar -> https://i.imgur.com/LpsEGWq.png or if you want to set it with tagDiv Composer on pages then the api need to be set in widget -> https://i.imgur.com/YTHY5bD.png
