I have tested on my side, without any untested plugins and the weather widget are working fine. Please try to disable all your untested plugins if you are using on your side and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. the problem is when you click the icon to find location, it does’t find it. Sofia is default. The location is enabled on PC and GPS on mobile while using Chrome and on both it still says “Please turn on location and try again” and doesn’t find it. I read the documentation. It’s also the same with the widget on your website. As I said in upper post when tested with Firefox it works properly.

I have done a lot of investigations and indeed, for Google Chrome Browsers not working the GPS for the mobile version. Also, I have tested on Firefox and Safari and seems to localize as expected. On the PC is not working because the computer do not have GPS and there is set it by default.
I have added this problem to our list of fixes and we will consider in future updates.

It seems pretty split on which browser platforms location works. For what I have installed, on desktop, it does work on Firefox and IE, but does not work on Chrome, Opera, or Vivaldi. On mobile, it doesn’t work with Chrome, but does work with Samsung’s internet browser (which is really odd, since that browser is just a skinned version of Chrome).
Is there any way to alter the code of the plug-in (or enter a special location code) that would allow the app to auto-detect the location when the website is opened?

Please notice that the widget was worked before and on the Chrome browser, but now it seems that it was got rid the localization for Chrome 50 version. We will investigate it deeper this cause and we will try to find another alternative in this regard in near future updates.
