Dear support,
is it supported webp format for background image.
I set webp image but does not show.
Theme Panel > Background >
THEME BACKGROUND
Upload a background image, the site will automatically switch to boxed version

For me it is working well. Make sure you have the latest update of the theme and plugins.

Do you have any errors in the browser’s console?
Deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.
