Website break with WordPress 5.2

Hi There,

I am not sure what exactly happened to my site after upgrading to WordPress 5.2 version.
I am getting the following error

The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.

This is what i am getting through email:

Error Details

An error of type E_COMPILE_ERROR was caused in line 14 of the file /home/wprepairgigs/public_html/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/functions.php. Error message: require_once(): Failed opening required ‘td_deploy_mode.php’ (include_path=’.:/opt/cpanel/ea-php72/root/usr/share/pear’)

Hope this may help you to navigate the issue. Please do the needfull quickly.

Hi,

Please make sure that you have the last version of theme (v9.7.2) also please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.

Thank you, the issue is because of the child theme. I updated that and now it’s working.
