Hello there,
Our website design has been completely ruined all of a sudden and we can’t explain why. As we haven’t done anything, nor have updated the website in a while, this must be an error from your side.
Please can you help us?
Website is https://pillow-magazine.com
Hi, firstly just to say I don’t work for tagdiv support but I had a similar issue and I sort of followed what was suggested by support in this thread.
Website compromised : need to update newspaper theme eand td-composer plugin
And it worked to some degree. I also had a issue some weeks ago and found that the Standard Pack plugin had deactivated for some reason. Reactivated it and all was ok.
I would advise using a test or staging environment where you can check it all out first, that would be useful. I never used to bother doing any testing but I do with tagdiv!
Good luck
Hello,
@alessandro_tpp Please activate the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Thank you!
Hello @Anamaria,
Regrettably, the previous solution provided has not resolved our issue. The website design, which we painstakingly developed over several months, is now markedly compromised. This has significant implications for our business. Could you please advise on the most expedient way to revert our website to its original design? This matter is of the utmost urgency.
Thank you

@Anamaria, how do we do this?
Our backups in theme panel are up to 23 March when the design was already compromised, as per image below.

Hi,
Didn’t you make a backup before the update? You can try to revert this https://i.imgur.com/ttnqOag.png
Thank you!
@Anamaria, that was us during the weekend trying to install a previous version of the theme but it didn’t work.
We did not backup our website before the update, does that mean our design is now permanently compromised?
Hi,
We can take a look; please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the following:
– admin url and credentials
– cPanel URL and credentials
– a link to this topic in order to identify you
Thank you!
@anamaria, sorry I just resent the email and all credentials should now work
