Website id down after the update of wordpress 5.3

Hi
I have recently updated the website to Worpdress 5.3 and due to which my site is all down and not visible

please help in this I have been working to resolve but unable to do it .
Please solve this on Urgent basis .

Hi,

Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully

and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
If there is still a problem with this, please provide some screenshots.
Please notice that only the last version of the theme, Newspaper 10.1 was tested with WordPress 5.3
