Website page is not loading correctly. Getting a old Newspaper page popping up

The page looks fine in the design but once it’s published and viewed by incognito browser it defaults to the deprecated Newspaper page

Hi,

This sounds more like a cache problem or object cache. Please check them.
Please let me know what plugin for the cache you use. Maybe you have the object-cache file. Please check this guide to delete it -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
