after switching from php 7.4 to php 8.1 websites are not running anymore – you see a white screen.
I`m using the Newspaper Mag-Theme under licenes with version 9.2.1 on <a href=”http://www.nieuwvliet-online.de” target=”_blank”>www.nieuwvliet-online.de</a> and the version 10.2 on <a href=”http://www.breskens-online.de” target=”_blank”>www.breskens-online.de</a>.
Please give us a tipp, what`s to do…

The problem is that you are using an old theme version that is not compatible with the php version you selected (8.1).
As I see the problem, there are 2 options:
– you can use the current theme version, but use only php 7.4
– update the theme to the last version, Newspaper v12.4 – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

I have updated http://www.nieuwvliet-online.de on Newspaper v12.4 – but under php version 8.1 is still a white screen…
May it occurs by the php-configuration: max_execution_time : 30 – the execution time should be bigger than 60 if you plan to use the demos. To see how you can change this please check our guide here. max_input_vars : 1000 – the max_input_vars should be bigger than 2000, otherwise it can cause incomplete saves in the menu panel in WordPress. Is this right, that I can use one Newspaper license for two websites? Because my old license is not any more downloadable in my envato market account.
So I`m using the license of http://www.cadzand-online.de – this site is running under php 8.1 with the same conditions like http://www.niewuvliet-online.de!

Yes, the license key can be used for 2 websites, normally, it is for a test site and live one, but if you do not use a test website, then you can use it on 2 live websites.
The website https://nieuwvliet-online.de/ seems to be ok now, but you have some errors – https://i.imgur.com/qUczUq7.png the mixed content can be usually fixed by using a SSL plugin.

Hi, sorry but your reply is not really complete: As I mentioned – the website http://www.nieuwvliet-online.de is not running with php 8.4 – the live version is running only running with php 7.1. But the sister page http://www.cadzand-online.de with also Newspaper theme is fine with php 8.4… so the problem is not really solved. Thanks for your support, best regards Michael
