You can see the yellow block with the word “Lezen” (reading in the Dutch ;)).
Now the description of the problem:
I want to make this without the use of a block or grid.
Below I want to place two blocks with the same style. But that’s not a problem.
How can i make this? With a background color and a font color?
Can you help me with this problem?

Unfortunately, what you want to achieve with the same style and functionality you cannot do this but only if you add the block because what you presented above is part of block settings with Ajax filter. If I use the Visual Composer – > RAW HTML:

I can adjust the font color, but the background color does not.
Is it not possible to copy the CSS code and rename it?
