I want to put a plug-Newsletter that have a popup to attract customers (inscriptions).

So I want to ask you what pluguin you recommend for newsletters en my web with newspappers theme, which is compatible with the web api and optimization

Unfortunately we have no plugin to recommend as we have not tested any such plugin. You can try a few of them out and see how they work out with a bit of trial and error.
