I’m interested in having a layout like: https://tagdiv.com/ad-box-newspaper-theme/ the first image, but struggle to create the same amount of padding between the side panels and main content. Is there an easy way to replicate what is shown?

Hello !

Edit the page using the tagDiv composer. Add ROW elements and define the layout of that: https://www.screencast.com/t/agO2ls6wIxw7 ; https://www.screencast.com/t/m4JjhutH

Thank you !

Is there a way to have this be the layout for posts too and not just pages?

Also, is there a way to expand the center part? Doing what is shown in the links causes content overlap.

Hello !

In posts you will have to create a single post template. Take a look here on how to do it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

Also the boxed look is because you are using a background image / color. Disable that and then check to see if you still have it overlaped.

Thank you !

Thanks for how to do the single post, but we’re still struggling with the basics.

I don’t have any special background being used: http://tinypic.com/r/ej758w/9

It seems to work when each column is thin, rather than thin on the sides and thick in the middle: http://tinypic.com/r/wi68v8/9

But that’s not what I’m looking for. Any other advice?

Also, is there a way to expand the content area and take away from the dead space on the sides?

Hello !

In order to make the site full width you have to select every row of your page using the tagDiv Composer and then set the stretch mode you want like here : https://www.screencast.com/t/BkWwdHh6

In order to make the post page full width you will have to add a single post template and then edit it. Check more about how to have single post template here: https://tagdiv.com/customize-articles-with-single-post-templates/ And for the header you can do it here: https://www.screencast.com/t/xf56tQN0.

These are the ways you can increase your page width from theme options. Anything above this will require custom code.

Let me know if this helped you !

Thank you !
