When I bouth this template, there was written there was support….I actually expected some kind of live chat so I was wondering where I can find it? Or is the forum meant to be the support?
I’ve never seen a theme provider with “live chat” in 10 years of buying WP themes.

Sorry, There is no live chat. The support is provided according to our support policy you can read here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/ but as Chris said, no theme provides live chat. The main reason for this being that usually theme developers area a small team and cannot manage to talk live with hundreds of users at once. That is why we have the forum in place so we can be able to answer everyone.
If you require support please use the forum and we will answer as quickly as possible.

This is actually my first website i am making. I just expected a more real help. I just have to make the whole website myself it seems. It really sucks.
