I would like to know where I can change the links at the bottom of the footer, about us and privacy information. i can’t seem to locate them to fix them.

The content for about us and privacy can be set in theme panel if you are using a default footer style -> http://prntscr.com/pye1dk -> http://prntscr.com/pye1hg -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
If this is not what you mean, please provide some more details and some screenshots.
