Where to edit categories in footer

Where to edit categories in footer? I assume this is widgets but a cannot locate theme.

Hi,

Ok, but I want to edit ‘Populære kategorier’ (popular categories) in footer. Categories I want to show is missing. How to edit this?

Hi,
