Where to get updates for Newspaper8

I received email yesterday 18Oct saying this is an update, but cannot find it when login at themeforest? Please advise the link to get the update asap.

Also, images cannot show when viewed by desktop or labtop, why will this happen and how to fix it?

so download the whole theme file?

how to upload it?? thru cpanel or?? if yes, drop the file folder into where?

We install this as we install theme for the first time trougn wp-admin?

Do we need to deactivate current update first? Are all my data and posts (layout) safe?
