Which hosting package will be better for Newspaper? Please suggest pros and cons

Hi,
I am planning to go with re-seller hosting for Newspaper theme (I have other plans for re-seller hosting). So far I have picked two options (links below) but I cannot decide the best one. Please help me based on your experience to select the best one. Also, you can suggest me some other re-seller hosting provider as well.

Option-1: Re-seller hosting from A2-Hosting (https://www.a2hosting.com/reseller-hosting/compare)
Option-2: Re-seller hosting from Green-Geeks (https://www.greengeeks.com/reseller-hosting/)

N.B.: I am looking for a secure, fast and maximum up-time from hosting.

Please keep in mind that our theme needs some minimum requirements to work as properly. For more information about these requirements, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ As long as, your dedicated server meets these requirements, the hosting provider is good. You can choose any hosting you like but with this mention.
