Hi, I have been facing issue with a full White screen loading before the full websites load. This is been an issue since 20 days. I have updated my website to 11.4 but still the same.

Please try to add that code after line “# END WordPress” in .htaccess and make sure your requirements are set as in the guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/.
White screen issues are often plugin-related, so please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser) and see the results. You could contact the hosting provider, they may be able to help.
