Every time I post a link to Facebook, it posts the same corresponding picture with each link (Basically a small pic of my logo). How do I make Facebook post the image that is with the article like it did with my previous theme.

You are right. when I hit copy link, it does show the updated pic, but when I hit the post button, I get my generic logo as the image.
I have the screen shot on My FB page. It wont allow me to Control/Print screen here

To set an image here, you need to set the image on a platform and just pass the link to it here.
Also, you need to be sure that you are using a plugin that provides all the time the og image for the posts, for this, we recommend the Yoast SEO plugin, but there are other plugins that can be used, for example – https://wordpress.org/plugins/og/

Do I Have to put every image through the Yoast SEO
Also, the Image does show up when I hit paste onto FB, but when I hit post is when the link with the generic image shows up

Yes, I saw how it is acting, but I didn’t see the og:image in the post source and maybe this is the case.
The Yoast SEO needs to be set only once and should be applied for all posts.
