I did the theme install and the widgets area is not showing in my WP Panel. Could you help us with this problem?

Hi,
Please provide more details about the issue, what exactly is happening with the widgets. Maybe the theme did not install properly. You could try a fresh theme install

Use only theme provided plugins, and no custom code. Check the theme system status as well

Please also check with your hosting provider if the mbstring extension for PHP is installed on the server (this can cause blank widget page)
