Woocommerce not activated

Hi,

Woocomerece is not activated and Woo Commerce is not displaying in admin panel left section.

I am getting the following Message:

The TagDiv Invoice plugin needs the WooCommerce plugin to be activated first!

TagDiv Invoice it’s an optional plugin which require WooCommerce to be activated in order to work. You should install this plugin only if you’re using WooCommerce because its functionality it’s related by WooCommerce.
