Woocommerce – SERVER_ERROR: Server returns empty string.

I am using latest version of WordPress & Newspaper theme, however when I click on “add to cart” – a lightbox style feature loads with a spinning circle and it says the following;
“SERVER_ERROR: Server returns empty string.”

Could someone help me fix this?

Hello andantesash,

It seems to be a conflicting plugin. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer and Woocommerce to active, clear all caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out this conflict. If you are using the Wordfence plugin, please try to disable it because it seems that generate some issue in the theme with the latest version of WordPress (4.5)
Please check this topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-settings/ because there was discussed this problem about Wordfence plugin. If you have the Wordfence plugin, please disable it or set it according to workaround that was explained in that topic by Bryson T.
