WordPress: Appreance –> Customize Theme —> = Big Error.

I figured out how to install the theme Via FTP Filezilla & Cpanel. But it still doesn’t install with the WordPress theme installer like the other versions of the Newspaper theme.

However I encountered this problem. Here is the link for the video showing you that when I click customize theme in wordpress, it has a error saying: Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_detect_encoding() in /home/newsboughcom/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 2992

This is a fresh install.

Hello branch1,

This issue happens due to your unproperly theme installing. Please try to clear this and re-install the latest version of the theme via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. For more information about this, consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
