My web host tells me ‘td-composer’ is causing the problem. Any ideas?

Please make sure that you have accomplished all the system requirements as in our documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

All system requirements have been met, and I have tried the methods above to no avail. The problem is when I go to activate the plugin(s) the site crashes. It happens every single time and I can’t keep messing with it because the only fix is to uninstall/reinstall WordPress only to crash it again and again. Every other theme I have purchased from themeforest uploads/activates just fine so its something with this one. Running it without the plugins in not an option so can you just point me in the right direction to get a full refund? This is ridiculous!
