WordPress went down after enabling tagDiv Composer

Anyone have any idea what to do?

Upon further investigation,

1. I have Newspaper theme activated.
2. When i enable tagDiv Composer plugin, the webpage went down.

I had to manually reset wordPress theme using these steps https://www.westhost.com/knowledgebase/m/view-rendered-page.action?abstractPageId=1114313

The tagDiv Composer version is Version 2.3 | built on 09.06.2018 22:20

Hi,

What do you mean exactly by went down? Were there errors provided? Please also review the updated theme requirements guide

In some cases HTTP 500 errors were solved by increasing the WP-memory to 256M, that would be the recommended value. Check all the requirements and make modifications, let us know the results.
