Hi,
Initially it was very difficult to install your theme ZIP package via WP admin. However I managed to install it. Once it done, When I visiting wp-admin/widgets.php it shows blank page. Please help me fixing the issue ASAP.
What is mbstring? How do I fix the mbstring issue? steps?

Many things in WordPress, which requires PHP, need to have the PHP mbstring extension activated; ask your web hosting provider to activate this for php on your account if you continue to get that error.

Yes. mbstring Enable settings helped fixing this issue.
