I still can’t update the wp bakery plugin in newspaper 8 and the exchange element is not working. I received render failed.

Did you have followed all the steps from our useful guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/exchange-widget/ Ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, purge CDN files, clear all the caches and check the results.
