when someone try to get one new post have this problem. I need to find a quickly solution. i am not an expert.

Please ensure that you have right installed the theme via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. First of all, please remove the old version of the theme and then install it according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.

my blog looks good on a pc, the problem is when I try to open an article (post) I made with visual composer and the problem is just when you try to open in a mobile phone.

Please try to understand our tutorial because there was been explained step by step the way which you will have to follow in order to correctly install the theme. If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot do this for you. Please keep in mind that we only can point you in the right direction because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
